2022 Annual Training Conference

Conference Fee:

OCPA Member $299               Non-member $349

Includes conference registration fee, training and training materials, three lunch buffets (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday),  beverage and snack station all three days, conference giveaways, door prizes.   Also includes access to membership networking events on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

The special group rate of $137 plus applicable taxes per night is available through Sunday, 4/3 or until all blocked rooms have been reserved, whichever comes first.

I have copied our Sales Coordinator, Raye. She is in charge of all group reservations. Should you have any questions, need to set up reservations or special billing for staff, or would periodically like a current group member list, don’t hesitate to let her know.

PAYMENT: All guests must provide a card when making a reservation. This card will only be charged if a guest does not show up on their arrival date. Otherwise, all guests are asked for a method of payment upon arrival that will pay for their stay. Alternatively, to pre-arrange charges for a stay, please follow the instructions below.

If an attendee will not have the physical card paying for their room at check in (or would prefer to otherwise pre-arrange payment), they should have the attached authorization form completed and sent to our Group Coordinator, Raye (RaToya.M.Sellers@Hilton.com) prior to arrival. Reservations need made prior to sending the authorization form, and those specific confirmation numbers should be noted on it. A copy of the card with all but last 4 digits blacked out must also be sent with the form.

TAXES: If an attendee is claiming exemption from any taxes on their room, the corresponding exemption form(s) must be provided upon or prior to arrival. If these forms accompany an authorization form, they can be emailed together to Raye. The method of payment (check or card) must match the organization listed on form(s) – taxes cannot be waived from cash payments or on a personal card. There are 3 types of taxes in Dublin and it is up to the paying organization to decide which ones they are claiming exemption from.
