2027 Midwestern States Conference Attendee Registration

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Attendees/guests may make their reservation for the nights of Sunday, April 18th through Wednesday, April 21st by using the reservation link (Coming Soon) or by calling (614)790-9000  and referencing "OCPA 2027 Annual Conference". 

The special group rate of $139.00 plus applicable taxes per night is available through April 14th 2027 at 11:59 p.m. or until all blocked rooms have been reserved, whichever comes first.  

PAYMENT: All guests must provide a card when making a reservation. This card will only be charged if a guest does not show up on their arrival date. Otherwise, all guests are asked for a method of payment upon arrival that will pay for their stay. 

If an attendee will not have the physical card paying for their room at check in (or would prefer to otherwise pre-arrange payment), they should make arrangements with the hotel prior to arrival.
