• All attendees will be responsible for making their own lodging arrangements and payment of the expenses incurred.  Room rates are for one to four guests in each room.  There is a 48 hour cancellation/change policy for reservations.  All reservations must be made prior to the discounted room rate cut off date in order to take advantage of the group rate.
